Please email us at info@myfavoritescrubsllc.com with the company's logo or name(s) you would like to be embroider on your scrub tops, jackets, etc. Also include details about the amount and what you would like for your logo or name to be on. Once we have reviewed your email, we will send you an email back explaining the next steps and cost for embroidery.
