You have 5 calendar days to exchange an item(s) from the date you received it. If 6 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t exchange your items. We can ONLY exchange items, NO refunds. Once you have place your order, there is NO refund.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, odor free, unwash and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Your item(s) needs to have proof of purchase.
Provide us with your order# and the item(s) you will be returning.
If your item(s) are approved, you will get store credit that you can use on your next purchase.
If your item(s) are NOT approved, we will send an email explaining why with a return shipping fee invoice.
It takes 2-4 business days to approve your items once they are delivered to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are NOT responsible for delay shipping. Covid can cause delay in shipping depending where you live. If 3 weeks has gone by, we will contact the shipping company to see what's going on with your order. Please know that we do apologize if your order is delay.
