Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Favorite Scrubs. We truly appreciate your support and want to ensure clarity regarding our policies.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you have 1 hour to request a cancellation before the order ships.
After an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return or exchange process once delivered.

Please do not mail any items back before contacting us. Any returns sent without prior approval will be refused and rejected.


School Orders

All school orders are FINAL SALE.

Items with embroidery services (including but not limited to scrub tops, jackets, or any custom items) are NOT eligible for refund or exchange once the order is placed.

Non-embroidered school items may be exchanged only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No refunds are permitted on school orders — exchanges only.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 4 days of delivery.
Requests made after 4 days will not be accepted.

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original condition

Original tags must be attached (items without tags will not be accepted)

Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Gift cards

Embroidered/custom items

Sale items

Due to hygiene and health concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Compression hose

Bonnets


Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange

Exchange eligibility requirements:

Items must be unused, unwashed, odor-free, and in the same condition received

Items must be in original packaging with tags attached

Proof of purchase is required

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an error on our end.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 2–4 business days for inspection and approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We do not provide return shipping labels

Shipping costs are non-refundable

For items valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages

For shipping delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly
