Return/Exchange
You have 7 calendar days to exchange/return an item(s) from the date you received it. If 8 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t exchange or accept your return item(s). Once you have placed an order, you have 1 hour to cancel before we ship your item(s) out for delivery. Once item(s) are shipped, you will have to follow the return process once you receive your order. Please don’t return items before emailing us and talking to someone about your exchange/return item(s). We will reject return items from any mail carrier if you haven’t follow our return process.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Embroidery items
- Sale items
Please note that due to hygiene and health concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on compression hose or bonnets.
Exchange
Provide us with your order# and the item(s) you will be exchanging
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, odor free, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags still attached. (Will NOT accept if tag is NOT attached)
Your item(s) needs to have proof of purchase.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- Please note that we do not offer exchanges on scrub tops, pants, shoes, lab coats, and jackets. You may return these items following our returns process and place a new order for the item of your choice.
It takes 2-4 business days to approve your item(s) once they are delivered to us.
You will be responsible for shipping your items back to us.
Refunds
Provide us with your order# and the item(s) you will be returning.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
It takes 2-4 business days to approve your item(s) once they are delivered to us.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
To return/exchange your item(s), you should mail your item(s) to: My Favorite Scrubs, 2354 Hwy 94 South Outer Rd, St Charles, MO 63303
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not provide return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are NOT responsible for delay shipping. Please contact shipping company for any delays. Please know that we do apologize if your order is delayed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange/return product to reach you, may vary.
