You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange an item(s) from the date you received it. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unwash and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging

Your item(s) needs to have proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the funds within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If your return is NOT approved, we will send an email explaining why with a return shipping fee invoice.

We will only pay for EXCHANGE shipping fee once approved.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
