    HOW B2B GROUP ORDERING WORKS

    • We visit your facility for on-site fittings and order collection, or your organization can participate in our Size Box Program, or you can simply send us the sizes and quantities you need.
    • Customers are required to pay their invoice in full upfront before orders are processed.
    • Orders are submitted within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
    • Custom Logo/Embroidery Orders: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the date the order is placed for products to be completed and returned to the customer.
    • Non-Customized Orders: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the date the order is placed for products to be received by the customer.
