School Orders – Terms & Conditions

All school orders are final sale.

Items with embroidery services (including, but not limited to, scrub tops and jackets) are NOT eligible for refund or exchange once the order has been placed.
Non-embroidered items may be exchanged only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No refunds are permitted on school orders—exchanges only.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 4 days of delivery. After 4 days, exchanges will not be accepted.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.


Order Processing & Delivery

School orders require 3–4 weeks for processing.
Online orders will be shipped to the home address on file and will include a tracking number.

School fitting orders will be delivered on the pre-arranged pickup date at the school. If you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled delivery date, the order will be shipped to your home address on file.

All in-store purchases must be picked up at the store. If an order is not picked up within a few weeks, it will be shipped to the home address provided.

A delivery fee applies to all school orders, whether purchased online or in-store

Customers are welcome to call or email for order updates during or after the processing period.
